Renko Textiles aims to provide first-class service to its customers by supplying underwear and swimwear manufacturers with high quality, fashionable, and innovative componentry.

Renko Textiles has been located on the Asian side of Istanbul in TURKIYE since it was established in 1998. It currently employs over 250 people.

Renko Textiles modern, with CAD/CAM system and hygienic purpose-built, 5.000m2 facility produces 900,000 pairs of Thermoform Foam and Liquid Cups per month as well as non-yellowing PU Foam Cups; EVA Net Cups; EVA Foam Cups; Transparent PU Liquid Cups; and Silicon Cups. Also provides Molding fabrics and fabric Lamination services.

Lately, ready wired Rosa Foam Cups, Ultrasonic Edge Cut and Ultrasonic Embossing has been taken in to production. Beginning of 2005, Renko introduced its revolutionary new patent pending "FREE FLY TECHNOLOGY" which gives opportunity of laminating most of the fabrics on the thermoformed cups.

Renko Textiles Polymer division manufactures, 8 tones of High Stretch Transparent PU Elastics (PU Transparent Tape and PU Transparent Shoulder Straps) per month under the "Relast", 25 million pieces of clear Polycarbonate adjusters under the "Replast" and Nylon coated metal adjusters under the "Remtal" brand names.

Hook and Eye Tape, the essential piece of underwear, was introduced into Renko Textiles product range in 2003. Renko now produces 6 million of nylon-coated, rustproof H&E Tapes per month.

Regraf, is the new generation patent pending H&E tape which developed and releast by Renko at the end of 2003.

The “100% Seamless Fusion Technology” is the latest innovation in underwear and swimwear and Renko Textiles produces 60,000 pieces per month using advanced computerized systems. End of 2004 newly developed padded Seamless Bra production has started.

Renko Textiles is TURKIYE's exclusive distributor of Wegal Tricotel, from Italy, which is the leading brand of Italian warp fabrics.

In 2002, Renko Textiles released its Anemon Body Fashion Collection - including push-up pads, backless bras, self-adhesive cups, enhancers, nipple covers, clothing barriers, disposable panties, and transparent shoulder straps. The Anemon Body Fashion Collection range is already clearly satisfying the market's underwear accessories needs.
